NBA 2K21: 1980’s Historic Draft Classes

Which players are available for use in the NBA 2K21 Historic Draft Classes of the 1980’s?

Below is a full list of the real players available in each historic draft class from 1980 through 1989. The rest of these 100-player classes are auto-filled with generic players. These lists are for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game, though I wouldn’t be surprised if the classes are identical on the next generation consoles. This list is accurate as of March 22, 2021.

Players in bold can only be found in the draft classes, not in the Official 2K Roster. Players with an * next to their name have their data uploaded to a player, but do not have their cyberface:

Class of 1989

Glen Rice, 81 overall
Shawn Kemp, 79

*Royal was drafted in 1987, but debuted in the NBA in 1989. It’s an interesting choice to leave him in this class, considering they correctly have David Robinson in the Class of 1987. Robinson was also drafted in 1987 and debuted in 1989 due to an active-duty commitment with the Navy.
